A 60 minute yoga class suitable for all levels.
Come and join me in this yoga class as I guide you through a series of postures and breathwork designed to calm the mind and lengthen and strengthen the body ending with a beautiful guided meditation.

Hello everyone! I'm Lisa - a health and wellbeing fanatic, dedicated Yogi, happy wife and Mum of two beautiful girls.

I first tried yoga in my late 20's instantly falling in love with it, but due to a then career as a recruitment manager working a 50 hour week it wasn't something I was able to keep up with at the time. 10 years later, whilst being a full-time stay at home Mum, I began thinking of a career change and found myself signing up to do my 500hr YTT in 2017 and began to teach classes just 3 months into the course!

Whilst doing the YTT course I also studied my Fitness Instructor/Exercise to Music Diploma, and a Nutritional Therapist Diploma to enhance my knowledge and understanding of exercise and eating well. In 2019 I then went on to add Pilates Instructor to my list of achievements - I often use all aspects of my training within my classes.

Come and join me at The Studio, David Lloyd Southend (members only) or come along to one of my events. Still prefer to practice at home in your own time then access a membership or drop in class.
