Without Lisa's amazing online yoga classes, lockdown would not have been the same. She makes the classes challenging, exhausting and motivating! Wow! Lisas online classes are amazing, she gets you feeling very good about yourself mentally and physically, she has a very soothing tone leaving you with a calm peaceful mind even when she has pushed you really hard! I was unsure about making the switch to online at first, but have found that it is so convenient and fits easier around childcare and work. Lisa instructions are so clear and easy to follow that you get the same quality of practise as in the studio. She has such a soothing manner that the relaxation aspect is also superb. It’s even better being at home as you don’t have to suddenly rush to get up at the end!!
